Gymnastics club

I took my daughter to Kindergym here and had a great experience. I also signed her up for a week of camp in the summer and she seemed to enjoy it. However - something has changed. This summer my daughter was in Girls 5/6 and it was extremely disorganized every time we would drop her off, both my husband and I felt like nobody knew where to go. One time half way in to class my mom went over to watch and the girl at the desk never even looked up at her as she walked right in, making us think anyone could walk in and watch these little girls. The girls at the front desk are extremely unfriendly. One time I waited outside the doors as I was early and there is a big sign that says Do Not Enter until 5 mins before class. The one girl comes out and says in an unfriendly tone “was the door locked?” I explained the sign and she laughed and rolled her eyes. I felt like I couldn’t do anything right. Every question I would ask the desk seemed like it was the most annoying question in the world. The young man who works up front is very friendly however and very good with the kids. The other girls need to take a lesson from him. It’s extremely disorganized at pick up as well. On my daughter’s last class we were supposed to be able to watch, however the girls at the desk (irritatingly) told me for the last 10 mins of class. When I entered at the last 10 minutes everyone had already been in there watching. All I got to see was my daughter getting her certificate. Another time I walked my daughter in because there was nobody around and one of the older coaches looked her up and down and said “she must be in a different age group” referring to her size (she’s small). Very unfriendly tones, very disorganized. We have been going here for years but after this summer will be going to a different facility. Very unfortunate.

Awesome gym programs, my kids have always loved them

Extremely disappointed both times I've visited the store, they also have a horrible exchange policy. My daughter only tried on a pair of tights to find out they're too small and they wouldn't exchange. Worst customer service I've dealt with in a long time. I will never go back to this store.

This studio does it all! my daughter has been through a dance program, my toddler loves the drop - in stem play, its incredible! recently, my daughter held her 9th birthday party at The School - Creative Arts. I was absolutely blown away with how magical, engaging and entertaining the entire experience was! it feels so good to support local businesses, and this i HIGHLY recommend! 5 stars! Thank you!

I love this place but I'm incredibly disappointed in the calling service. I have a simple question which would take 2 seconds, such as a very short call to see if the pool is open due to smoke it was closed the day before and I didnt wanna waste my time going there and being disappointed again. You dont actually get to talk to the staff at the front desk when you call eastlink centers posted number. So I wasted my time listening trying to call. Im going in person and will probably be turned away using more of my time and resources. I understand the natural disaster being a reason for the pools closure. I just would have liked a person on site to answer my quick question. It's not optimal to deal with an automated system that is the city of grande prairie and all its facilities. I called the eastlink center not the city, and I was blocked from accessing the information I wanted.Making me take action to go in person.

Highly recommend. Our boys thoroughly enjoy the Boys' Beginner course! I signed up my sons because they are very active and I want them to learn how to fall safely. I feel confident in their judgment with their tricks because I know they are being taught well from this academy!

The coaches here are amazing. My daughter likes to wander off; the coaches help my daughter to stay engaged and on course.

AMAZING, AMAZING,AMAZING!!!!!My children have been attending Passion to Fitness for 4 years now. They have learned and achieved so much. They look forward to going each and every week. It is a very fun and enjoyable place for the kids. Very affordable! The coaches are so nice, the owner, Alena is extremely amazing. My kids just love her!!With the difficulties of Covid, all the protocols are being followed from what I can see and notice. The exact same way as the other sports gyms and organizations my children also attend.I am sooo happy with Passion to Fitness, and so glad my kids are part of this amazing gym!.

Gymnastics Giants has been part of our lives for a few years now - my daughter has absolutely flourished at this gym - from a very, very shy child to a happy, healthy and very athletic young lady! Even her marks at school have improved from a B student to an A student - even with her increase in training to 16+ hours a week! The friendships she's made, the discipline and time management she now has, has been thanks to this gym! There have been numerous positive physical changes to the gym in the last little while ... the great coaches still remain - they are a very big part of what makes this gym such a positive place for our adults of the future!
